Returns & Exchanges

At the Morgan Wallen Official Store, we want you to be fully satisfied with your merchandise; we offer returns and exchanges on unworn, unwashed items within 30 days of delivery. Please note that certain limited-edition tour items and autographed memorabilia may be final sale.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Print Your Label

  After your request is approved, download and print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and secure it to your original packaging.

• 3.
  Ship the Package

  Drop off your return package at any authorized carrier location or scheduled pickup point within 7 days of receiving your label.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects the returned apparel, we will issue a refund to your original payment method or ship out your replacement exchange item.
